Delivery of high-quality services in education and training for the private security industry. The basis for this is a relationship of absolute trust between us and our customers. Our goal is to generate lasting, sustainable profit to secure the long-term existence of the company and to safeguard jobs.

Customer focus means that we align all of our business activities with the needs of our customers — the people working in the security services sector, the companies operating in this field, and job seekers interested in specialised training in this area. We always strive to deliver the best possible solutions for our customers' needs.

We employ qualified full-time staff in management, teaching and administration. Our staff are always involved in the process of defining, developing and implementing our goals and strategies.

Our classrooms are designed and equipped to meet modern adult-education and professional standards and are adapted to our target groups. The learning and common rooms as well as the sanitary facilities comply with the requirements of the German Workplace Ordinance (Arbeitsstättenverordnung).

Prospective course participants receive clear information from us about the required entry qualifications and learning prerequisites. We advise them personally to enable participant-oriented and effective learning.

For continuing professional education, current labour-market and professional qualification requirements are taken into account and a strong practical orientation is guaranteed.

• When developing our educational offerings under Book III of the German Social Code (SGB III), we take into account the state and development of the labour market and support participants in their integration into the regular labour market. Our goal is to place at least 75% of funded participants in the primary labour market.
• A further key focus is the continuous improvement of all our processes, e.g. participant feedback questionnaires, customer meetings and monitoring of the general security market.
