Content Basic module "Bleeding Control":
- Presentation and wound care with different trauma bandages
- Presentation and wound care with a Vented Chest – Seal
- Presentation and application of wound packing / use of hemostyptics
- Presentation and application of a Tourniquet
- further accompanying measures such as airway management and heat preservation
Content advanced module:
- Airway management (Guedel or reversible tube; supraglottic breathing aid [i-gel]; endotracheal intubation; emergency coniotomy)
- Relief puncture of a tension pneumothorax
- Establishment of an i.v. access as well as the establishment of an i.o. access [NIO system] including equipment
- Additional individual customer requirements
