This course is geared to the needs of business and security service providers. It covers the provisions of the Weapons Act, the Weapons Ordinance and DGUV V23.

Following the theoretical and practical training, the weapons expertise examination in accordance with § 7 WaffG is taken before an examination board.

The course costs include the teaching material, shooting range, weapons and ammunition and the examination fee.

• Legislation on the handling of weapons and ammunition
• Firing law
• Self-defense and state of emergency
• Weapons and ammunition technology (general and for defense purposes)
• Ballistics, focus on target ballistics
• Prohibited objects
• Safe handling of weapons and ammunition
• Shooting with handguns
• Regulations of the employers’ liability insurance association in handling weapons
• Particularities in the professional everyday life of the weapon carrier
• Theoretical and practical examination
