Content Basic module “Bleeding Control”:

• Presentation and wound care with different trauma bandages
• Presentation and wound care with a Vented Chest – Seal
• Presentation and application of wound packing / use of hemostyptics
• Presentation and application of a Tourniquet
• further accompanying measures such as airway management and heat preservation

Content advanced module:

• Airway management (Guedel or reversible tube; supraglottic breathing aid [i-gel]; endotracheal intubation; emergency coniotomy)
• Relief puncture of a tension pneumothorax
• Establishment of an i.v. access as well as the establishment of an i.o. access [NIO system] including equipment
• Additional individual customer requirements
